A Message from our CEO

Dear Friends and Family:

As the spread and impact of COVID-19 continues to evolve, and in light of Louisiana being in a state of emergency and the Governor ordering the closure of all public schools, we want to update you of the steps we have been taking to help ensure the ongoing safety and well-being of our children, families, seniors, volunteers and staff.

To-date, Kingsley House has remained open and fully operational, while taking all precautionary and preventive actions as recommended by the Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization, city and state departments of health, and Head Start. However, given the Governor’s order for school closures and the safety concerns with bringing large numbers of people together, we have determined that all Kingsley House programs will suspend operations. All future updates about re-openings and community resources will be posted on our website and  on our Facebook page. In the meantime, please stay safe and know that we are here to do everything possible to help our community in the days, weeks and months ahead.

We look forward to seeing you on campus again soon.
